One important factor is COLOR! Especially yellows.... yellows always catch the eye... then you set up your best work for display....

As long as you can capture people's attention, then you finish the rest.... :D

It leads people to your table at least!! You just need the eye-grabing colors to keep them!!

Oh, and high-quality item materials catch my attention!! Like SHINY photo paper for prints and REALLY well-made buttons!! There was this one guy who had some really cute art but made badges that seemed kinda cheap :\ So I didn't buy one. D:
